Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid Subscription. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid charge by emailing billing@founderr.io with your account email and reason. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Subscription Renewals

After the initial 14-day window:

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then.
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of renewal at our discretion. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged when the trial ends, cancel before the trial expiration shown in your account. We do not refund charges incurred because you forgot to cancel a trial, but we may grant goodwill exceptions on first instance — email billing@founderr.io within 7 days of the charge.

4. Exceptions and Goodwill Refunds

We may, at our discretion, issue refunds outside this policy in cases such as:

• Documented Service outages preventing material use of the Service;
• Duplicate or accidental charges;
• Billing errors on our part.

We do not generally refund:

• Usage-based or pay-as-you-go fees once consumed (e.g., Agent runs, AI tokens, integrations);
• Custom or enterprise plans, unless your contract states otherwise;
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at billing@founderr.io. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution may result in account suspension and a hold being placed pending investigation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@founderr.io with:

• Your account email address
• The charge date and amount
• The reason for your request

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to charges incurred after the Effective Date.
