Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data Founderr holds about you, including any data associated with WhatsApp messaging or Meta login. It supplements the deletion rights described in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Founderr account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. If you are requesting deletion of WhatsApp message data, include the phone number you used to contact us so we can locate it.

What we delete

On a verified request we delete your account profile, authentication identifiers (including Meta/WhatsApp identifiers), stored WhatsApp message history, and other personal data we hold about you, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, tax and billing records).

Timeline

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days (extendable by up to 60 days for complex requests, in which case we will tell you). If you close your account, the associated account data is deleted within 30 days of closure.
