By accessing or using the Founderr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including founders, investors, and visitors.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Founderr cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your app or business
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, founders, or investors on the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without prior written permission
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or investor status

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Founderr and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By posting content, you grant Founderr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5. App Listings & Transactions

Founderr provides a marketplace for founders to list their apps and connect with investors. We do not guarantee any investment, acquisition, or business outcome. All transactions and negotiations between founders and investors are conducted at their own risk.

Founderr is not a party to any agreement between founders and investors and does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any business decisions.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Founderr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Security scan results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of security.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Founderr, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
